Shipping Policy

SEANOVATION is currently accepting pre-order deliveries for an estimated delivery in Europe in June. Estimated delivery date is due to change and we cannot be held liable for inaccurate information. SEANOVATION will endeavour to notify the Customer in a timely manner regarding exact delivery date.

The Customer is responsible for Taxes and Shipping which may be applicable to specific territories.

If on delivery the Hydrofoiler upon opening is found to have sustained physical damage to the internal product, we will provide you with a replacement product and arrange return or collection of the damaged product at no cost to you.

Return & Exchange Policy

The customer cannot cancel their order after the customer has made payment. Returns or refunds of unopened, unused Hydrofoil Bikes are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Open or used equipment is not eligible for return. All shipping costs will be at customer's expense.
